Cathy Arney has been an employee at Pathfinders (formerly The Counseling Center of Milwaukee, Inc.) for fourteen years and currently serves as the Vice President of Clinical Services.   Pathfinders’ Clinical Services, a leading provider of mental health care in Milwaukee, provides comprehensive services to low income youth and families, with a special focus on youth struggling with the effects of trauma and homelessness.

A licensed clinical social worker and marriage and family therapist, Milwaukee Magazine recognized Cathy as one of Milwaukee’s leading psychotherapists.  She has led the development of Pathfinders’ highly regarded graduate and post-graduate clinical training program for many years.

A committed community leader, Cathy has served on many councils and boards including Archdiocese Advisory Board for Clergy Abuse, Milwaukee Commission on Domestic Violence and Sexual Abuse, UW Milwaukee School of Social Work Alumni Board, Milwaukee Mental Health Task Force, United Way committee on sexual violence and teen pregnancy, and the WI Chapter of the Clinical Social Work Federation.
